Gregory D. Wait is President and Founding Member of Falcons Rock Investment
Counsel, LLC. Greg has over 25 years of experience working with individual and institutional investors to develop appropriate investment strategies for their unique needs. Greg earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of
Wisconsin at Whitewater, and has maintained a commitment to education and
professional training. He was conferred as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist by the
International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania in 1994. He was granted Fellowship status with the
International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists for 2002-2004 by virtue
of successfully completing the requirements of the Personal Financial Planning series.
Remaining active in professional associations, Greg is past Director and Chairman of the
Membership Committee for the Milwaukee Chapter-ISCEBS, and currently is an active
member. He is also an active member of the Investment Management Consultants
Association and the Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals, Ltd. He has authored
articles for professional journals and has been a featured speaker at local and national
conferences.
Greg has served in various roles in the greater Milwaukee community. Currently, he is
on the Advisory Board of the Finance & Business Law Department at the University of
Wisconsin-Whitewater as well as the Board of Directors of the Germantown Community Scholarship Fund. In
2006-2007, he was a member of the Finance Committee for the Milwaukee Tennis Classic, Inc.
In 2004, he served on the Business Partners committee for the United Way Community
Campaign. He was on the Advisory Council for the Class of 2002 Leadership Campaign
for the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and has been
involved with numerous fundraising activities for Special Olympics. For five years, Greg
served as an instructor for Project Business, a Junior Achievement program, at St. Jude’s
Elementary School. He has also been an instructor of CEBS qualified retirement plan
courses at Western Michigan University.
Tony Sebranek, CEBS, CTP, SPHR
Senior Consultant
Tony A. Sebranek is a Senior Consultant for Falcons Rock Investment Counsel, LLC, specializing in assisting Institutional Clients. Tony has over 25 years of investment and fiduciary experience in a wide range of roles including plan sponsor, benefits consultant and institutional trust manager. Previously, Tony was a Treasury Manager for JohnsonDiversey, Inc., a large multi-national supplier of hygiene and cleaning solutions. There he was responsible for about $1 billion in global assets for the company and its 90 subsidiaries. In addition, Tony was previously the Benefit Director for Ministry Health Care, a large Wisconsin-based health care system, where he had oversight of 7 retirement plans that combined had assets over $500 million and covered over 12,000 employees. Other professional experience includes: Senior Consultant with Capital H, Inc., Consultant with Charing Company, and Vice President and Institutional Trust Manager with US Bank. He also earned the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association for Financial Professionals in 2008. More recently in 2011, Tony earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Tony previously served as President and Treasurer for the Milwaukee Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
Martin Suechting, AIF, CEBS
Senior Consultant
Martin is a Senior Consultant for Falcons Rock Investment Counsel, LLC. He has over 20 years experience working with corporate retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), 457 and defined benefit plans. In addition to working with Falcons Rock, Martin is the Senior Consultant and Retirement Plans Practice leader with Bullseye Capital, LLC, a privately-held management consulting firm. Previously, Martin worked as Senior Managing Consultant for The Newport Group, an independent nationwide third party retirement plan administration firm. His professional experience also includes working for the trust departments of Firstar Bank (now US Bank) and Associated Bank in Wisconsin. Elizabeth ("Liz") Kiefer
Operations Manager
Elizabeth ("Liz") Kiefer is the Operations Manager at Falcons Rock Investment Counsel, LLC, and is responsible for client relationships, reporting, and operations.
Liz has 15 years of experience working with high net worth individuals and businesses. Previously, Liz was an Equity Research Analyst at Strong Capital Management, Inc., and a Financial Advisor Associate with the Strong Private Client Group. Liz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Amanda L. Routhieaux, CPA
Research Analyst
Amanda L. Routhieaux is a Research Analyst with Falcons Rock Investment Counsel, LLC, and is responsible for performance measurement and evaluation of client portfolios and investment managers.
Amanda has over eight years of experience working with high net worth individuals, top level executives and business owners. Previously, Amanda was Senior Financial Advisor Associate with the Private Client Group of Strong Capital Management, Inc, and Senior Tax Advisor with Arthur Andersen. Amanda graduated cum laude from Marquette University, earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
