Elizabeth “Liz” Kiefer is the Operations Manager at Falcons Rock, where she enjoys taking ownership of all aspects of client communications, new account onboarding and maintenance, meeting preparation, performance reporting, back office operations, and vendor relationships.  Liz has 23 years of experience working with high net worth individuals, employee benefit plans, and closely-held businesses.  Prior to joining Falcons Rock, Liz was an Equity Research Analyst at Strong Capital Management, Client Relationship Manager with the Strong Private Client Group, and a Personal Banker with Westbury Bank.  Her depth of experience has paved the way for the personalized experience Falcons Rock clients and vendors can absolutely count on.

Liz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.  Liz lives in the rural West Bend area and enjoys sightseeing in their 1967 Chevy Chevelle which she even lets her husband drive, landscape design, reading, romping and swimming with their Labrador Retriever rescue.

Liz immensely enjoys time outside of work and home volunteering with her husband Mike for Cedar Community, a not-for-profit engaged retirement living community.  Liz and Mike feel blessed in being a part of affording seniors the opportunities to live more purposeful, fulfilled lives among family and friends.

Jacob Mueller, Research Analyst at Falcons Rock Investments

Jacob joined Falcons Rock in May of 2018 in the role of Research Analyst.  Jacob is responsible for analyzing complex data, money manager due diligence and analysis, dispersion analytics, and investment and performance reporting.  Jacob is a 2018 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance, with a financial planning emphasis.  As an active member of the Finance Association at UW-W, Jacob was involved in competitive investment challenges and placed a strong and centered focus on expanding his student peer and organization networks.  During his Junior and Senior years at Whitewater, Jacob volunteered every Sunday for “WE CARE,” an organization that offers aid to those suffering from dementia, Alzheimer’s, and premature births.  Jacob made quilts, hats, stockings, and other crafted-with-care items to comfort others struggling in times of distress.  Jacob is passionate about his career in finance, along with a sincere heart toward assisting others.  In his spare time, Jacob is an avid car and golf enthusiast who enjoys spending time with family and friends.
